GoogleMy experience with Aston Burkinshaw has been very negative. After renting though them for a year they withheld the majority of my deposit despite me leaving the house in a very good condition, they lied to me about how the security deposit was shared out
I am very sorry to hear that your experience of Ashton Burkinshaw has not been positive and I would like to thank you for drawing this to our attention. Regarding the deposits, the system shows that when you moved in you paid an equal share of the deposit with another tenant and half way through the agreement one tenant moved out and you sourced a replacement. In these circumstances we have to ask for proof that you paid the additional half of the deposit to the outgoing tenant. We are still waiting for this information and no deposit has been paid to ensure monies are paid to the correct parties. I would like to apologise that you found your deposit release to be a frustrating process and I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to contact me on 01892 597036 so we can discuss this further.
