Did well particularly when dealing with a very difficult buyer who proved very difficult to correspond with and continuously attempted to move the goal posts. Nicky did very well in dealing with the buyer and kept me in touch with developments as they happened. Finally a pleasing result which was obviously hard to achieve.

The viewing was punctual and conducted with care for the vendors property which is how it should be.Lewis who conducted the viewing was helpful and answered most of the questions raised. He offered to find out if answers could not be provided but these questions were minor and not particularly important so it was left that we would call back if more information was required.

We recently purchased our first home in Lightwater through Vickey. We have been extremely impressed with the service, especially from Lana Baker, the agent who was managing the transaction. She kept us informed and updated by email and telephone at every milestone. Buying our first home was a daunting endevour, which Lana and the rest of the team at Vickery, have made seamless and far less stressful than we imagined it would be. Their knowledge, expertise and communication have been faultless and we would definitely recommend Vickery to anyone.

We engaged Vickery's to sell the family home when Mum moved into a residential care home. They offered a packaged deal with their friendly lawyers, which suited us! They understood our needs and saw them through, communicated clearly, and often, about the progress of the sale. All in all, a great service, thoroughly recommended.

Service has been excellent. Call when they say they are going to call. Very good and informative advise. My only negative is that I feel they are out of touch with their fee structure. E.g. Their fees are a lot for what they do. Apart from this, I would use them again.

Very friendly and helpful team. Always called back with answers to any query that we had. Sam the branch manager looked after our purchase and made the whole process very easy and as stress free as possible. It took about 7 weeks from offer to completion. Would definitely use them again.

Estate agents still have that hard sell reputation, often with no empathy to people selling or buying; with Vickery’s Fleet that couldn’t be further from the truth. An excellent branch, who employs a well-rounded, caring and friendly team. Honestly can’t recommend enough!
