Vickery were amazing from start to finish. They kept us regularly updated with the progress of the house and were happy to help answer any questions we had. As first time buyers we weren’t confident in the process but they were there to help us every step of the way. Nicky in particular was so kind and patient answering out endless questions. I can’t recommend them enough.

I am a tenant who found a new home through Vickery. Archie and the lettings team were very helpful when my untrustworthy ex-landlord was evasive when asked to give a reference because he did not want to give his address! Vickery were persistent and got the information needed for me to move away from an unpleasant experience.

Vickery have just completed on the sale of my property. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently by Edward who updated me on a weekly basis from start to finish even if there was very little to report, this was very reassuring. I would choose to use Vickery again.

From start to finish, Vickey's were very professional, informative and helpful in managing the sale of the property. During the time I have rented with Vickery I have found them very professional , the internal checks during the letting period are very good, the outside not so good on completion of the rental period I found the outside down pipes to be disconnected the drain blocked and the roof valleys blocked. The work that Karen carry's out is very professional .

Using Vickery to sell my recent property has been a complete success and I have been impressed with the full service offering, including legal support throughout the sale.I originally marketed my property through Vickery in February 2020, a sale which eventually had to be abandoned due to the instability in the market. Despite this, and at not extra cost, Vickery helped me with the property and kept an eye on the property as I was stuck at the other end of the country whilst I bought in a tenant to cover the lockdown period.I've since restarted the marketing process, recently selling the property, and cannot praise the pro-active approach from Vickery from pulling in potential clients and working to ensure the sale. Vickery have communicated regularly throughout and I cannot fault their teams' dedication to service.

I have been totally satisfied with the service I received from the whole team at Vickery's Camberley. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were dealt with promptly. I received regular calls to update me on my purchase which went very smoothly. I have used Vickery's previously and would certainly recommend them for the sale or a purchase of a property.
