GoogleI would definitely recommend Philip Martin they provided a fantastic service. James Harvey came out to provide the valuation, well what a nice chap he seemed to be, and he indicated an achievable figure well in excess of what other agents had said. He was proved correct and we were very pleased with the completed sold price. The sales brochure he produced was spot on; the photography and write up were excellent. We also communicated a lot with Jack Loader who was also very pleasant to deal with and provided an excellent service in facilitating viewings and feedback, offer negotiation and sales progression. An excellent service all round!

GoogleFrom the moment I walked into the door, to communication methods Philp Martin have been professional, organised and delivered exactly what they said they would. Their approach and ethos put me at ease, and for a first renter they have made the process clear and enabled a property to on track to be rented after just only 5 days!
