Aaron and the rest of the team were so amazing and supportive with my recent sale. Always cheerful, alway professional, and always kept me updated throughout. I chose them because they're a small, local, family firm with a great reputation. Also, they had recently helped one of my elderly neighbours with the sale of her house and she too was delighted with them.

I wouldn’t recommend them because all they did, or one person in particular was keep us waiting for an answer on our offer and then the day it was rejected email me a confirmation of my offer to the vendor. That should have been done the day I made the offer. Wouldn’t recommend

Both estate agents we had the pleasure of communicating with were very unprofessional in their approach. Unfortunately, just another agency that fits with the stereotype of the profession, I would not use them to sell or buy a house in the future.

Absolutely awful customer service, I am disabled and because I get help with rent and council tax so couldn't be specific with my annual income I was refused a viewing. shame on this company.
