We have been trading with Northwood Truro for the past 5 years and during this time we have found them to be professional and helpfull to both us and the tennant. Payments and communications have been prompt and in a timely manner. All staff encountered have also been helpfull and knowledgeabe with ragard to the business and I have no hesitation in recomending this company.

As a tenant I have to say that Northwood Truro and their staff have been at all times professional and courteous. They have always done what they have said and in the given timescales. GoogleNorthwood in Truro seem to mean what they say in terms of a Landlord's needs. It might be old fashioned to say it, but Northwood's type of "quality delivery" is the most likely factor to help grow the length of time that exists in a great working relationship. GoogleI would like to say a final BIG THANK YOU from us both. Northwood has done a first-rate job for us over these last 7 years since we moved to Australia in 2014. We have always felt supported & looked after by all at Northwood. Renting the house out went well for us & afforded us the time to come to a considered decision about selling. Our sale proved fairly long-winded, during challenging times for all, especially for you in the UK. You worked constantly on our behalf & all came good in the end. You have always been available to us by phone & by email & we have always felt that we were in safe hands. Northwood have been a breath of fresh air. The team are so organised and everything is dealt with on time. Rent Payments comes through on the day after tenants have paid and we have found the whole experience of being Landlords so easy from onset. Property visits have been carried out quarterly with photographic records so we can keep an eye on our investment. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Northwood as property agents. They are absolutely fantastic!!

GoogleAs a first time landlord it can be a bit of a minefield, I had heard positive comments about Northwood from a few people I know on both the letting and renting side of things, so decided to approach them. I have found the team at Northwood to be extremely efficient and very responsive to any requests from the tenants and myself regarding any maintenance issues which have been necessary from time to time, these are always dealt with swiftly and professionally, allowing me the freedom to not get too involved. Thank you Northwood!

- Have only been tenants in our student property for two months, so this is a review of the service received so far. - very detailed (perhaps too detailed) inventory on moving in - The agents were understanding when it took a while for the first month's rent to arrive with the agency. - We have had two issues with the house so far and these have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently, which is incredibly important and I value this. Thank you!
