GoogleGreat service! The team was very responsive and helpful to all our needs ( Will, Leanne, Chloe, Dawn, Lee). Sharon sent technician quickly to fix our heating when it went off and followed up to make sure it was working over the weekend. Thank you very much to your team and to our Landlord! Our stay over 3years was amazing!

GoogleCan't speak highly enough about the staff at Martin & Co in Truro. I have been using them over the last 8 - 10 years, most recently this year. After the death of a parent, the move was very distressing, and the team were understanding, patient, reassuring, supportive.and responsive to my family's needs.

GoogleThis is a superb property rental and sale firm. Although I write from the perspective of a landlord, I am sure the same applies for a tenant. They have been scrupulous in finding the right tenant for properties, always carry out thorough checks, ensure the property complies with the regulatory requirements, prepare first class Agreements, give clear and straightforward advice and answer any query promptly. A special mention for Julie and Will and as well for Leanne who is responsible for drafting the Agreements. She provides an excellent service which many Solicitors would struggle to match. GoogleAs a landlord I have used various letting agents in and around Truro, Martin & Co have helped me source excellent quality tenants and provided a real personal customer service. Everyone within the team that I have spoken too seems to be well trained, polite and most importantly does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. This is essential in the rental business and is uncommon with some other companies. I would not hesitate to continue to recommend Martin & Co Excellent service.

GoogleHaving found ourselves in a situation requiring a rapid move into rented accommodation and having been informed that it was not possible within the time scale required by other rental agents we were starting to despair. However we found Martin & Co to be remarkably efficient and were able to complete the relevant documentation and arrange everything with days to spare, which then gave us plenty of time to prepare. The staff were very helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process and the experience was great and the service fantastic.

GoogleI met with Will Gentle of Martin & Co when looking for a flat to rent. I booked an appointment and was duly met at the appointed time to view a property on their books. The flat was as described in their literature and a tenancy agreements was arranged. All documentation was processed in a timely manner and without any complications. The handover of the property was completed without any fuss or trouble. The office staff complimented the excellent service I received. I have read the comments of some negative reviews and can only assume that Martin and Co have acted upon these and eradicated any problems, as I cannot fault the service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin and Co to others.

GoogleThe nicest thing that I can say about Martin & Co is that they are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. They forget to send papers, they do not respond to e-mails, they do not take the trouble to learn about the property that they are letting and they do not carry out a proper handover to new tenants. Also be aware that they are inclined to close the office during their stated opening hours which can result in a wasted journey. If you are a tenant then you have little choice but if you are a landlord then I would advise looking elsewhere.

GoogleI’ve just used Martin & Co for the first time to let my house. I was very impressed with the level of service they provided. They kept me informed thoughout the process, they were quick to communicate via phone and email. Nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient service. They offer a complete letting service to include full management or just a tenant finding service. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property.
