FacebookLied to when receiving a Section 21, fobbed off that the landlord instructed the maintenance team to serve it, yet the email and letter came from Martin & Co - oh and the landlord wasn't even aware. Now as I'm finally out, they have no record of my holding deposit! I would avoid, go for someone reputable and trustworthy.

GoogleAs a 19 year old looking for my first place to live the staff were extremely supportive and understanding of my nerves and little knowledge of what I was meant to be doing. The explained what i needed to do and also helped my understand how I worked out where I could afford there was never any pressure to go for something for a quick rent. Julie was especially nice to me when showing me around and was very helpful in giving me confidence in her experience and knowledge of letting to people like myself. Leanne was extremely good at replying to the vast amount of emails i sent when i was anxious. When i move it would definitely be with them again

GoogleI have both rented and bought through Martin & Co Truro. I have to say they have been excellent. They have gone that extra yard in the purchase of my property. They have followed up followed up and followed up. I could ask for no more. Will Gentle the Branch Manager had been superb throughout and helped us find a suitable rent whilst our purchase, came to fruition. Julie Aylward was also excellent standing in for Will whilst he was on holiday. Top marks Martin & Co Truro. Look no further for an Estate Agent that cares

GoogleLack of information viewing with hidden fees. Empathy is completely unknown to them and you can expect to ping incorrectly completed documentation back to them and query various different fee quotations. They strive to achieve defensive excuses to drive their customer service apposed to compromises, empathy and usefulness. I have never felt so negatively about a company as I do Martin & Co. If you would like further information then please feel free to contact me(If messaging is permitted etc). This review is regarding the Martin&Co, Truro and the Trainee dealt with was called Leanne. Edit: Please also expect cold calling from external companies claiming to be Martin&Co services.

GoogleAs landlords we first came to Martin & Co when services from a previous agent in Truro became intolerable. We are 110% pleased with our decision to go with Will and his team. We look for two things in a letting agent, each as important as the other; Obviously we need quality tenants and as few voids as possible. Will and his staff are very responsive to requests and work with efficiency and courtesy. Equally important to us is that our tenants are treated well and with respect, and that any requests they have are dealt with promptly. The feedback we have had from our tenants has been entirely positive. All in all we recommend Martin & Co in Truro without reservation. They are a great team to have on side!

From finding and vetting tenants, to attending to maintenance issues, we have always felt our property is in very safe hands. Martin & Co have also acted for us as a sales agent for properties in Cornwall, and we’ve found their approach professional and friendly. The whole team are great - any queries are dealt with promptly and with good humour. We would highly recommend them.
