GoogleLC were the vendors agent. From my perspective as the purchaser they were excellent - from initial contact to arrange viewings through to completion. At all times they were friendly but professional, and all enquiries were answered promptly. When issues arose further up the chain they demonstrated their experience in dealing with problems and kept me calm. If I'm ever in a position to sell I would certainly consider using them to market my property.
