Agent sells houses, I called out of area as a cash buyer. Very interested in a house just wanted the headline on rental value given the strong price. Simple enough, left a voicemail. No call so called them back the next day, it took 8 hr for a call back. Appreciate people are busy, when I had a call back they wanted me to register. I explained being a cash buyer with a criteria. Still days later no rental value was supplied despite promises and the marketing emails are swamping my in box with poor matches.
