GoogleReally impressed with their effort to provide a video tour of almost every property advertised for sale, which was tremendously helpful during the pandemic. Physical viewings were also easy to arrange and COVID safe. Staff were all polite and professional. Their recommended asking price was more than I expected yet it didn't take long for us to have three offers to pick from that all exceeded the asking price. Steve gave us solid advice on how to progress. We also turned to Steve for advice on how to bid on the house we wanted to buy (through another estate agent). We definitely recommend Cooke Curtis and Co, plus they have the most stylish sign in the city.

FacebookFrom the very first valuation with Sam to the very last post-sale conversation today, CC&Co have been nothing but exceptionally professional and helpful. We are lucky enough to live close to their office so popped in unannounced a few times and met many of the team members who were always friendly and very accommodating. Steve took brilliant photos of our house and the ad was up within 24 hours of the photos being taken. They pro-actively called some of their existing clients whose previous purchase had fallen through and they ended buying our house. It took as one hour to get to the arranged viewing of the property we wanted to buy. We told Cooke Curtis we were late due to high traffic in awful weather conditions. However, when we arrived, the Cooke Curtis representative had simply disappeared, i.e. all for nothing. Well, we will find another property with a different estate agent, but I would certainly never ever draw on them to sell any property, actually not even a cookie.
