GoogleOur experience with Davies & Davies has been incredibly smooth, efficient and professional. From requesting to view a rental property, with an offer to register with them if no viewings were avaliable, to the tenancy arrangement and signing the contract. Kiri was friendly and kind, patient with our questions as first time renters and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

GoogleWe have recently moved our letting portfolio to Davies & Davies. The whole process was seamless - handled so professionally well be Sian and the team. We have even managed to place new tenants into a property whilst enjoying a holiday overseas. The team took total control of everything. We had some email communication so that we could just verify that we were totally happy with everything but really everything was smoothly dealt with by Davies & Davies and our new tenants were safely installed on the arranged day. Excellent first impressions which we hope will continue as we progress our relationship with the whole of the lettings team. Update: We are now a few months in and continue to be impress by the Davies & Davies team. Statements and payments to ourself are prompt and efficiently handled. All dealings with Mark and the maintenance team have been painless. They keep us fully informed, which we like, but Mark does a fantastic job of taking the worry and stress away from us as landlords. He has the interest of both the tenant and landlord in mind but sets himself to resolving any matter in a professional way and to bring a resolution in an effective and timely manner. Should any member of the team not be available to take your call everyone appears to be working together and there is clearly a great computer system in place with detailed notes for any team member to be able to pick up and assist. I continue to be impressed by the all round service provided by Davies & Davies. Thank you

GoogleVery professional service. Natalia came initially to carry out the valuation and we were very impressed. Once we had decided to use Davies & Davies I dealt with Ryan. He was friendly & courteous and went through all the things I needed to know. He came back to the house and took the photos as well as showing one person around the house. The photos are excellent and the description is great and describes it accurately. I am very impressed with how well Ryan has communicated and kept me informed.

GoogleEstate Agents often have a poor reputation - justifiably on occasion! I dealt with Nick Graves at D&D (as a purchaser) and found them to be respectful, informed and professional. In particular, I felt they offered advice and recommendations that were considered and appropriate to my circumstances. GoogleWe rented our bungalow through Davies in Trowbridge and the team were great. Andrea in accounts was able to answer any questions we had and all the information provided was crystal clear, easily understood. Other agents we received quotes from gave us information packs which were much more complicated to work through to understand exact fees being charged. But this agent was efficient, no cloudy waters re figures at all and the whole process explained to us clearly.
