GoogleStarted looking for our first home at the start of the year, around February time I believe. Had been looking at lots of new builds but when myself and my partner found our beautiful apartment on Rightmove it was meant to be. Sent an enquiry that night and by the next day we had a response from Charlotte from Davies and Davies and had arranged an appointment for a viewing that day.
I fell in love with the apartment on the first viewing and since that day have viewed it around 6 or 7 times to show all our families. I just want to say a massive thank you to Charlotte for helping Luke and I find our dream first home and dealing with my anxiety and stress of the house move. I also want to thank Charlotte massively for allowing us to view the apartment on different occasions. I know we probably came across like pests but we were just extremely excited to show our families.
Both Charlotte and the developer have been very helpful and supportive throughout our whole experience. If any first time buyers are looking for a property at Davies and Davies I would highly recommend dealing with Charlotte.

GoogleWe did not sell our property through Davies and Davies Estate Agents, but we did buy our property through them. Our mistake was not to engage Davies and Davies to sell ours as well. We found that Davies and Davies offered the support we needed in purchasing our property, even when it required a handover of keys after 6pm. Estate Agents are only as good as their staff, which in this case we must mention Davies and Davies New Homes Negotiator, Charlotte Geary. In all our conversations with her we have found her to be both professional and committed to supporting our purchase to make our transition into our new property as smooth as possible. Charlotte kept in touch with us and always got back to us when we reached out to her for advice or information.
In our opinion, the most common complaint we have experienced and heard from friends, colleagues and relatives about estate agents, is that they do not keep you informed or do not get back to you in a timely manner when you contact them. Charlotte proved this belief cannot be apportioned to all estate agents. She is a credit to Davies and Davies and clearly demonstrates the behaviours clients wish to see when purchasing and selling properties.
We would recommend talking to Davies and Davies before making a decision on which agent to use to sell your property.

GoogleWe wanted to say big thank you to Nick. He has been amazing going through stages of the process and ensuring we are involved in. Nick came to value our home after switching from another estate agent. He took measurements and we discussed through the agreement.
We arranged for Nick come back and take photos and video of our home today. It went smoothly and Nick made us feel comfortable. Within a couple of hours, Nick sent us a brochure of our home. We confirmed we liked the brochure and it was launched that evening.
