GoogleWe have just purchased a house through Simon @ Cesare & co. As a first time buyer, I have been completely supported by Simon, helping and advising me through the process. Particular thanks when it came to pushing through the solicitors and other agents in the chain, to get the exchange done! Couldn’t have had a better experience. They will be my first port of call, when buying/selling in the future. Thank you to the whole team there. Jack

GoogleMy husband and I have used Cesare & Co on many occasions for a lot of years, for buying, selling and letting. We have dealt individually with Dominic, Romeo and Simon. All of them have given us a top class service, being efficient, helpful and pleasant along the way. Nothing is too much trouble. I would like to thank you all, including the letting team, for a fantastic journey over the years and long may it continue.

GoogleFrom the moment we met Dominic and Simon from Cesare & Co, we knew we were in very professional, capable and courteous hands. Every part of the sales process from the initial proposal and listing through to the exchange and sale of our property was faultless. They communicated very well and kept us up to speed and informed. They did an amazing job and achieved the result we wanted. Thank you.

GoogleCesare & Co have been looking after my Tring home for some 12 years now. They handled a complete redecoration, installing new carpets and repairs of the property over the difficult Christmas/New Year period, and found me a new tenant, all within a month. A truly amazing professional performance, for which I am very grateful.

GoogleCeasare&co have helped us every step of the way through a very trying sale. Simon could not have done more for us, he was available at any time we needed to speak to him.We would throughly recommend using Ceasare&co. Thank you again to them for all their hard work.

GoogleWhat a wonderful experience! one thing for sure if it wasn't for Dominic this sale would have fallen through months ago. Such a professional agent - there is so much cowboys in this market but Cesare & Co are a different league to every other agent I have ever dealt with. From the moment Romeo viewed some people around our house and the way he really sold our property to the professional way Dominic handled me and the sale with constant updates and checking in with me. Due to issues with the chain and the solicitors from sale to moving in took 6 months and with any other agent I would have pulled out months ago but Dominic / Cesare have an ability to defuse situations and show complete professionalism throughout. I will only ever deal with these again. Sam HendersonPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have recently bought a house through Cesare & Co and have been so impressed by Dominic and his fantastic team. They have all shown such a high level of knowledge, expertise and professionalism. Nothing we have asked seemed to be too much trouble, even though I am sure that at times, we were quite demanding purchasers! So pleased we were fortunate enough to have Dominic & Co working so hard to get our purchase through. We will have no hesitation in recommending Cesare & Co.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe sale of my parents home, and probate was never going to be easy…. However… I am happy to say Cesare’s delivered on every level. From valuation, advice, thought and professionalism. Negotiations between buyers and sellers were faultless, and I felt secure that they took, much of the emotion and stresses on board for me. Can’t thank them enough. What a great team!!

GoogleOk, but got lied to when buying a property. Romeo said there was no gas in the village, so we bought a house without central heating. We have now found out otherwise. This was obviously an unfair and unprofessional sales tactic from Romeo.

GoogleSimon looked after us at Cesare during our sale and purchase and they weren't even our agent (we were buying through them!). Would recommend and use them again if we ever move in the future.

GoogleFantastic experience with Romeo and Dominic. Could not have been more helpful and patient as we considered a house purchase in Aston Clinton. Understanding of our situation and we did not feel pushed into making a decision. Unfortunately not the house for us , a tough decision and we genuinely feel terrible however we would highly recommend this estate agent. Great service and professional staff. Thank you.
