We recently sold our property through Cesare & Co., and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Dominic was fantastic throughout what turned out to be a very long and stressful process, the sale took over a year to complete due to issues further down the chain. Despite the delays, Dominic and his team kept us fully informed the entire way, showing real professionalism, patience, and dedication. Communication was always clear and timely, which made a difficult situation much more manageable. Thank you to everyone at Cesare & Co. for seeing it through!

Dominic and his team did a first class job of selling our property in Tring at a very competitive fee. Communication was always very good, and the whole process was conducted in a quietly efficient manner. The quality of the photographs was the best I'd ever seen, and the digital brochure presented our home in a very attractive way. 10 out of 10.

My experience working with Cesare and Co. was wonderful. As a buyer from the U.S. I was met with many unexpected challenges of buying in the U.K. Simon Halling was always very responsive, helpful, and understanding of this. He went beyond the call of duty to connect me with excellent brokers, surveyors, electricians, etc. to assist in the purchase process. He was also most kind and helpful in communicating on my behalf with the seller. I am most pleased to recommend the agents and management of Cesare and Co.!

I recently sold a BTL property and am very grateful to the team at Cesare and Co for a great job. They kept me updated all the way and even did meter readings at completion as I was away and the transaction concluded very quickly. Many thanks guys.

I had an offer accepted on a property marketed by Cesare & Co. I paid £894 for a comprehensive level 3 survey and the report revealed material issues. I therefore immediately pulled out of the sale. The property is now re-marketed but neither Cesare & Co or seller were interested in purchasing the report which I offered to sell for 50% less than I paid. Clearly there is no interest in customer care as other customers will also get a level 3 survey done and inevitably pull out unless they have very very deep pockets. I guess not having sight of the report would mean that the issues raised don't have to be divulged. Draw your own conclusions!. I would therefore not personally recommend Cesare & Co for property purchases.

An excellent experience. Simon has been brilliant, organising the sale of my park home. He takes time to view the property and to create the brochure, which is then not published until you give approval. He or one of his colleagues attended each viewing for me! Once a buyer was found it was the swiftest of transactions. Very smooth and extremely quick. Thank you to Simon and the team for their expertise all shared in a happy and professional way. Should I ever need an agent again I know where I will be going.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Simon for our recent purchase. From the first call until completion he was professional, diligent and incredibly helpful. Simon was particularly helpful in keeping the sellers up to date as we did have some complications from our end that delayed the sale. He was always contactable throughout the whole process and helped eased the stress on many an occasion.

Simon Halling dealt with the sale of my house in Wingrave and throughout he was super helpful as were all the team at Cecare & Co. While at times things got tricky with the sale they kept momentum and we 'Exchanged' to everyone's delight. They were thoroughly professional and coupled with a strong local knowledge they done a great job, I have no complaints. In short, I would highly recommend Cecare & Co. to sell your home, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. John Considine

I am the treasurer of our local church at Slapton and we employed Cesare to sell a piece of land adjacent to the church. We had already tried a number of other ways of selling the land and failed and it was a relief to find Cesare who took on the problem and found 8 potential buyers within 2 months. They helped us through the sale process and the sale has now completed within a further 2 months. Dominic de Cesare and Simon Halling were very quick to take on the project and led us through it in a very positive helpful and proactive manner. They were the point of contact with the buyers throughout. The sale did achieve their expected price. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Cesare and Co have managed to sell our rental property in just over three months from having first seen and valued it. I was impressed by the level of professionalism shown and that Simon and his team were hungry to get the property sold. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Romeo was great at keeping everyone in touch once sale had been agreed through to completion. I have been really delighted at how smoothly everything went. A great company to deal with and one I would have no hesitation in recommending or using again. They really do leave their competition in the shade.

Theses guys are truly professional. Simon already had a buyer lined up for our type of property, gave them a call, got them to view and we had the offer in less than a week! and for full asking. 6 weeks later and we are all done, Simon was chasing up everyone almost every day. best house selling experience I have ever had. Thank you so much guys, enjoy the beers.

Thank you to Simon and the team for their work during the purchase of our property. Their approach to the buyer was straightforward and highly professional and after the offer was accepted the team were active in getting the sale through to completion, allowing us follow up access to the property. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend the Agency.
