Cesare & Co Tring reviews

When I decided I wanted to sell my property I believed that estate agents were all the same. After a valuation exercise with a few different agents, I chose Cesare and Co because of their industry experience and professionalism in communication with me. I had an offer of my asking price and their finger was on the pulse the whole way through the sales process. Thank you for helping me achieve my goal and I am now in a position to relocate! Everyone in the office were friendly and very hard working.

Simon Halling was very proactive in chasing both ends of my house sale - I’ve never known an agent bother with this! Certainly the best estate agent I’ve used in Tring - would recommend.

We bought our first home through Cesare & Co. Simon was amazing in helping us get the sale over the line with some difficulty through our solicitors. He was also informative and easily contactable through out. Highly recommend.

It's was a long drawn out sale, due to others, but Simon at Cesares kept very positive under very trying circumstances. Very happy with the outcome and together with Domenic and Romeo, they did everything they could to assist. If I could I would give 10 stars.

My experience with Cesare and Co. was fantastic. Both Simon and Romeo in particular were always very responsive and helpful. Towards the end of the process, when things seemed to slow down both went out of their way to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending Cesare & Co.

Simon was great start to finish, keeping the buying process running so not to stall as these purchases can be long processes and also updates with all relevant information. Will be purchasing and selling more from Casares in the future.

Just purchased a property through Simon at Cesare & Co and everything went smoothly. Simon helped to chase down the vendors solicitor and also ensure the head lease responded to queries. Many thanks Simon!

I cannot enthuse enough about the magnificent service our family received from Cesare & Co., who were recently instructed to sell my mothers property in Tring. These guys have totally restored my faith in estate agents. They turned up exactly when they said they would & did everything exactly as they said they would. They were exceedingly courteous & respectful & particularly amiable & sensitive in dealings with my Mother who does get herself confused. They could not have been more professional & I must highlight two individuals on particular- Simon Halling & Dominic Cirillo, who delivered proper old school customer service, without the pushy, heavy sales b/s- so refreshing! Whilst the property my mother was going to purchase fell thro' & subsequently we had to withdraw Mums house off the mark. I would however return to Cesare & Co in a heartbeat if her circumstances change and would not even need to consider the alternatives. Cannot recommend highly enough!👏👏👏

We are currently in the process of selling our house with Cesare & Co. in Tring and I have to say Simon and Romeo are the most wonderful chaps to work with, completely different to my experience of estate agents in the past - both are unfailingly smiley, friendly yet very professional and always willing to go the extra mile: Romeo even watered my plants whilst I was away recently! They are both super-responsive, sending feedback from viewings usually within a day, answering emails quickly and responding to changes/requests straight away. Refreshingly they operate in a very transparent way, which is very helpful and much appreciated. It’s great to support a local, independent agency - the team know Tring and the surrounding villages like the back of their hand! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you’re planning to sell your house!

Cesare and Co just sold my house in record time! As a returning customer I already had high expectations, but this time they were exceeded. Simon Halling, Dominic de Cesare and the whole team at Cesare and Co are consummate professionals and the absolute experts on Tring and surrounding areas. Knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful, I would never consider using another agent in Tring. I have used Cesare and Co for 3 purchases, 3 sales and multiple managed lettings over many years and have always found them to be fast, reliable and proactive. I recommend you use Cesare and Co for you next house transaction - you won’t be disappointed.

We bought our home from Simon & Dominic at Cesare & Co. Would recommend. The process has been completely hassle free - they were very responsive, pragmatic and transparent which I appreciated. They were very accommodating of my requirements for viewings, facilitating an extra long visit with a builder to ensure that I could be completely confident in the place. When we come to sell this place (some time I hope in the very distant future)....we will be using them!
