GoogleReliable, professional and efficient lettings department. My partner and I have been tenants for almost 2 years in a property let by Dale and Collins and we can not fault them. Any problems we've experienced have been responded to and dealt with practically immediately and communication has remained friendly and professional throughout our tenancy.

I'm sorry that your Guarantor didn't pass the reference checks, Andrei. We kept your application open - with the consent of the Landlord - for a considerably longer time than we are required to do, in the hope that you could provide an alternative Guarantor. This was something that you were unable to do so as a duty to our client, the Landlord, we remarketed the property - as I fully explained to you on the phone. Good luck with your property search. GoogleAwful place. Allowed us to look around the property when they’d already got another tenant lined up. We were fed false information which resulted in us losing the property we fell in love with. Never using this place again.
