FacebookCan’t thank Claire enough for all her hard work through the purchase of the new house. It’s been a little stressful but Claire has been amazing at chasing things up and getting the job done. I’m sure I’ve given her a few headaches over the past few months but whenever I’ve rang she’s always done everything possible to sort what we’ve needed. I would 100% recommend Dale and Collins. Thank you for everything

FacebookI would deffo recommend Dale and Collins. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Tracy, Claire and Charlotte. I was having difficulty with my purchase through reeds and rains, I spent nearly every day on the phone to Dale and Collins asking for advice, support and back up, which they gave me! without their help, time and effort I don't think I would have eventually succeeded. they sold my house in a matter of month's 😁👍🏻 their level of service is next to none xx

GoogleRenting from them. Either avoid or note with evidence everything wrong with the property. I have received the property with mould inside the cooker and I have done everything possible so I can use it and ended up rusted. That needs replacing but instead they have charged me £400 for “cleaning”. Who will be tenant there you are expected from dale and colins to bring back to life that rubish cooker. Doesn’t matter how you received you must give it back in better condition. That’s the condition I have left the cooker.
I am sorry that we could not return your full deposit, Andrei. The oven did not require replacement, it simply required cleaning, as did other elements of the property. Regards. Jackie

GoogleAs buyers of our first home, everyone at Dale & Collins have been fantastic. They took my other half on his viewing, who immediately put in his offer without me even glancing at our new home. They also found it funny when he had to sheepishly call and ask for a viewing for myself after our offer was accepted. The team have bent over backwards, keeping in touch with us and answering any queries we've had throughout the whole purchase. Even on completion, they were amazing on collection of keys and afterwards when we had some questions about the house, helping us find light switches of all things. Thank you Dale and Collins

FacebookAfter having problems with a letting agency in the past, I was wary about them. However, Dale & Collins exceeded all our expectations. They worked hard throughout our 3-year tenancy to fix anything we had an issue with. When our tenancy was over, D&C were extremely helpful, fair and reasonable.Jackie was especially great, so I would recommend Dale & Collins for sure.

Really good with keeping upto date with relavent checks to the house. Would recommend to anyone wanting to rent. They even gave us the number to get advise for best mortgage when we are ready to buy our own house. 🏡😊

GoogleRented a house from Dale and collins for over 8 years, was told landlord wanted to sell up, after we moved I found out they only wanted us out so they could rent the house out at a higher rental price, really sneaky of them also I wish you luck getting the smell of weed out of the property because the whole house stinks.

The house that we think you refer to has indeed been sold and re-let by the new owner. I hope that this clears up this matter for you.
