Worst site ever . You apply and apply and apply if its rooms or flats to rent , nooooo answer . Well their computer sends you an aknowledgement that you did ask . Further no feedback nothing . I think they onlybwork on properties where they make profit .... ROOMS ARE BEING ADVERTISED FOR 6 MONTHS STRAIGHT AND NO CHANGE , IS THERE REALLY AN HOUSING CRISIS ???

Nice descriptions of homes. They usually give distance location from towns. I'm looking into purchasing a home in Ireland. The Irish banks to get a mortgage, age discriminate, depending on your age, to receive a 30 year mortgage. Its calculated up to the age 70 years old. Also, my father was a Marine, and Grandfather decorated at White House. I'd like everyone that wants to purchase a home in Europe to follow. I plan to offer an equal amount in dollars to Euros. So $100,000 offered for 100,000 euros, home asking price. So why isn't the dollar equal. This movement will hopefully, help everyone buying a home and our dollar in the states There's Always another House for sale.

Originally good but worrying lack of supportDaft started as a half decent site but despite being helpful and having a good standing account, not only do Daft staff refuse to support with an issue but they don’t even reply. This has been going on for over a year.Please heed the warnings on here and stay away. You are much more likely to be scammed and discriminated against in recent times that meet a genuine person on it.

Terrible service. I paid €395 for an add that I wasn’t told would have an expiry. Daft introduced a time frame recently on adds and have just removed my €395 add from their site. I’m now in contact with my bank to get a chargeback raised. Also the property listed for sale didn’t have any genuine enquiries considering the price of the add. It was all fake accounts and email addresses pretending to be genuine enquiries and it also attracts a lot of scammers I’m been made aware of now

€1 for basic 3 month ad increased to €14.99! Daft used to charge €1 for a basic 3 month ad which was great value. However, they have now put their basic ad cost up to €14.99 which is a 1400% increase!! This is also without even advising customers in advance of this change. I always felt €1 was too little in fairness but to do such a jump in one go is more than unfair...

Daft does not maintain first placed date only the ‘updated’ date which is every week. They do not update to ‘Sale agreed’ which means you go after houses which are sold.

GoogleMy Experience with Daly O Se was primarily through Darragh O Se who I found to be extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I advised him of the area I wished to locate to and he identified some properties and visited these properties with me. He gave me some sound advice and I subsequently purchased one of these properties which has proven to be a very wise decision on my part. The administration and legal documentation were performed expediently. I would have no difficulty dealing with him again.

It's actually redicilous how high the prices for rent are almost 2.5k to 3k for a 2/3 bedfroom.house?? What do these landlords think that we work for the government?? To be able.to afford these non sense rent prices.. then u look at the house and its a dump..in the last year it rose by 70% I mean how do u want me to afford a house imagine wanting to live on your own.. yeah no problem.. go pay 2.5k rent + 2.5o deposit there you go 5k for a 2 bedroom apartment well done thank you.. one thing i have to say to all the landlords in ireland.. GO F*** YOURSELF YA GREEDY SCABBY C***s

the core of their business is the search engine and it just does not work properly 99% of the emails alert don't match my saved search criteriawebsite and smartphone app do not offer the same functionalities, you have to use both the get what you needEntered/renewal date does not offer any valuable information to the end userDuplicates in the saved properties Should allow to leave reviews of the property agent / Auctioneers All in all this website look like a promising beta. For a leading company in the business for over 20 years the least I can say is that it is very amateurish.

Have been trying to contact there customer service for over 2 weeks now eventually someone replied. to say they don't contact customers back by telephone (must relate to cost issue.or they can't speak English ) she did not address the issue raised by me and has not replied to my é mails to date. This is rubbish customer service from" lreland leading property website " time for competition to take over. Ps l have been daft customer for almost 20 years

New site is absolute rubbish. The old adage of why try to fix something that ain't broken, sums this new site up perfectly. It's horrible to view & navigate to the point that I won't use it anymore. Current site looks like an advertisement for property developers & mortgage brokers. Somebody got paid for sure. I have no interest whatsoever in (overpriced) student accommodation so why so many ads focused on it. Appears as if the designers were told by their paymasters, we're financing this site so we want it first & foremost to look like an online glossy brochure for our developments when prospective 'clients' click on the front end home screen. Oh additionally, we also want it to be 'attractive' to a certain type of buyer read investors. No riff raff please. I hope they'll keep paying you as the clicks dry up.

I had an advert that went live just a few days before Covid lockdown in Ireland. I emailed and asked if I could put it on hold and reactivate when things came back to some normality. Long story short they are now refusing to activate it and they refuse to give me a contact number to call them on to talk it out saying they are an online company and have no phones. They said I need to email them from the email address associated with my account. I do not have access to this as its been years since I worked in this company and explained this to them but again ignorant saying it has to be from that email address. They had no problem accepting my money for the advert in the first place. Absolutely awful customer care, in fact they do not care about the customer at all. I have asked for management to contact me to make a formal complaint.

We had two amounts of 70euro taken from my partners account from daft.ie. We are not even renting through daft and it's very worrying to me that they even have my partners card/bank details. We never gave consent to take any amount of money out and have no idea what it's for?Has anybody else ever heard of this happening before? Also no contact details on daft to be able to speak to anyone regarding this so I may have to go down the route of legal advice.

Ridiculous high prices to place an advert, private residential sales featured ad costs €999, premium €699 all for just 30 days and then the standard advert at €599. Very high and unbelievable extortinate prices, certainly will not be paying as not worth it
