Ridiculous high prices to place an advert, private residential sales featured ad costs €999, premium €699 all for just 30 days and then the standard advert at €599. Very high and unbelievable extortinate prices, certainly will not be paying as not worth it

I am a potential service provider advertiser with a decent budget. I am now days waiting on one of thier sales team to reply to my request for someone to contact me. I would hate to be an investor in this business. I hope this property boom is serving them well because like everything else it goes around in circles.

1. This app is very problematic as it does not work from my phone for uploading or changing images. I have to use my PC to do this - which is not always practicable. 2. Problems with going live with a new ad. Delays. Always need to contact customer service to get live with the ads. 3. Daft seems to mix up the holiday homes with regular homes. Improvements needed.

Seems to be quite backward in that if you want to change your details like an email address, you have to create a new account, but then some details like your phone number are still stuck to your old account. No option in account management to delete the old account. It's like they have no IT capabilities or are just purposely making things difficult.

Absolutely appalling. Took €135 but never placed my rental advert. Phone calls go to a voice message loop for 30 seconds and the call is then cancelled. No reply to emails sent to their "support desk". They're a disgrace, don't waste your money placing an ad with them.

Their new site is bad. Its so difficult to navigate and identify property. It feels like some rando in sales thought it was a good idea to "jazz it up" and then hire an intern who's only UX design exposure was scrolling tiktok feeds.

There site worked perfectly and then they go and ruin it. You could search for an area like baldoyle and get all the listings for the area. Now it throws out an 40 properties in the surrounding areas that I have no interest in. I'll no longer be a user of the site or app.

Customer service insufficient. Owed money and not able to get it back. I think Daft urgently needs competition as they have a monopoly. Maybe somebody should set up a similar business and compete.
