In selling this property I have been very impressed by the advice and service given by Winkworths but notably by Lewis. We have been informed and regularly updated (without chasing or prompting). GoogleSean, Dhruv and Lady were absolutely superb and supported and guided me through the whole process keeping me up to date and informed at every juncture. I had a difficult sale just as mortgage rates went up, and they found just the right buyer for me. Re affirmed my belief that high street agencies are well worth the money as I’d had some terrible experiences with the online agencies when looking at properties for my onward move.

GoogleLettings I initially let my flat through Winkworth. Ellisha and Alex did a fantastic job arranging a quick turnaround so the tenant could move in super fast. Nothing was too much trouble. Sales I have since sold my flat and the sales and property management teams have really stepped up when it mattered. Susan is a super star property manager whilst Sean and Dhruv have shepherded the sale journey with efficient calm in a tricky market. Highly recommend!

Aaron was an amazing help. As soon as I spoke with him regarding re renting my flat he put me on the right 'track' in regards to everything I needed to do or not to do. The previous tenants left the flat in a real mess and Aaron recommended certain businesses that dealt with many of my concerns ie getting rid of rubbish, where to get an EPC from etc. As soon as the flat was ready to go on the market Aaron was able to muster up fifteen applicants whilst weedling out a few that weren't quite right for my flat. He got me an immediate offer which was a little more than expected which was great. Overall I had a great experience with Winkworth, would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that would like to rent out their property.

I was a tenant of Winkworth Shoreditch for around a year and a half. While I loved the property I was renting, I had numerous difficulties with Winkworth when it came to property maintenance and communication:- Upon moving in, the doorknobs were not attached to the bedroom doors and my flatmate's closet doors did not open. There was also black mould that we could never fully get rid of, which led to health concerns- We were made aware that, eventually, our property would need some renovations as our bathroom window (made of wood) was chipping due to condensation. We were given exactly 30 days notice that we would have to vacate our property for 1-2 weeks while the renovations occurred. However, this was treated as an official "move out" and we had to return our keys and leave all of our belongings in the property during the renovation. On the day of our "move out," with no notice, we were then told we had to vacate for 3 weeks instead of 1-2. We had only secured accommodation for two weeks, and were left struggling to find a place to stay for the extra week with only 1 weeks worth of our belongings. - After the renovations were made and we moved back in, I filed a maintenance request as the blinds in my bedroom were broken. Winkworth declined my maintenance request, thinking I had moved to a new property, and sternly told me that I cannot use their service for my new flat. I had to make them aware that, in fact, I did move back in to my Winkworth property after they had temporarily ended my tenancy for renovations. - While marketing our flat to new tenants, we were not given 24 hours notice for viewings. We had around 15 of them in one week. Often times, the notice was the morning of. - Their communication is often delayed. I recommend calling as opposed to emailing. - Our check out report contained edited images and false accusations. Luckily, after many emails, we were able to receive our deposit back in full.

This review has taken me a while to write because the experience we had with both Winkworths and the landlords was incredibly disappointing. As tenants, we genuinely felt we were treated very poorly.
Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We were surprised to see this, as our understanding was that we'd parted on good terms following this matter as a landlord deciding not to proceed is out of our control and we remained in contact throughtout and after the rental fell through. As background, the property was originally marketed for sale. When a sale did not proceed, it was let instead, and tenants (yourselves) were found. Some months later, a previous viewer of the property returned with an offer to purchase, which we were legally obliged to put forward, and which the sellers accepted. This meant the letting could not go ahead as planned, which we appreciate was a frustrating outcome. We remained in contact throughout and understand any funds involved were returned in full. We're sorry this experience fell short of your expectations, but we do believe we acted fairly and transparently given the circumstances at the time. I cannot recommend Aaron and his team highly enough - they are first rate, professional, knowledgeable and dependable. Any issues were ironed out quickly and Aaron went above and beyond to find a solution that left tenants, landlord and buyer happy. Aaron is extremely responsive, practical and a delight to deal with. I have dealt with other local agents over the years and Aaron is head and shoulders above the rest. He knows the market inside out and I wouldn't hesitate in renting my property with his team again.

Recently rented out my flat in Kensal Green with Winkworth Kensal Rise and am very happy with the service provided by Aaron Priscott and his team, from the initial consultation through to the tenants moving in. They are extremely professional and have a great knowledge of the market. They were able to get over the asking price (which I was definitely sceptical of), and provided me assistance with preparing the flat for renting as required. Aaron is totally different from other letting agents. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and works incredibly hard at building relationships with landlord and tenant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team. It is very rare to find someone who goes above and beyond but Aaron does. I'd also like to praise Stanislava for her excellent administration of the process. As a landlord I will definitely be using them again.
