Rory and sales team were professional, fast and helped overcome a bumps along the way. James and the letting team also managed to let the property within 48 hours of completion of the sale, at the full asking price. The best agency experience I have had to date.

They managed more than one of my properties and rarely was I impressed with their service. More often than not I was gobsmacked at how useless they are.

We are unable, from the details within your comments, to understand which office you dealt with and the specifics of your dissatisfaction.
