Absolutely dreadful experience, got stood up at a viewing. No communication between the estate agent and you only a straight call to the offices which have zero information as to the whereabouts of their agents.
We are always disappointed to receive a review such as yours. Winkworth offices are all independently owned and operated and therefore it you are able to share information on the office which you dealt with we will be able to look into the matter. GoogleI recently sold a property through Winkworth. I received a very professional service from the highly personable duo of Nick and Thomas. They were responsive to all requests and set realistic expectations in an uncertain market which resulted in a sale within a reasonable time frame. They did not over promise and under deliver which appears to be the modus operandi of some to initially win the business. Thank you very much guys.

GoogleAppalling customer service. Many enquiries no response. Every time I call phone never picked up. Impossible to book viewings and enquiries ignored. Maybe due to understaffing but I will avoid using this agency in the future.NegativeResponsiveness

Our phones are manned 6 days a week with an average of 6 members of staff taking calls. All are committed to proactively arranging viewings for our clients. The worst agency I have ever come across. Absolutely horrendous experience with them, they are awful, words cannot even explain their bad customer service skills. Money grabbing company. Need new staff asap.Genuinely extremely unacceptable experience.

Winkworth is my agent for renting my flat. It is very responsible for both landlord and tenant. Every time I have problems with flat, they respond in time and find a solution for me. They don't allow direct communication between landlord and tenant, which sometimes I find can get a bit dodgy. I would recommend it for both landlord and tenant, but you need to check the contract very carefully and negotiate other rights.

We have had a good-to-very-good experience with Winkworths. From being shown the flat by Jo and having then bought it, we were handled extremely well by Alina and her lettings team. They were on the ball, responded very quickly and efficiently to our enquiries and - not least important ! - found very good tenants for our flat in short order. We would certainly recommend them.

I am a sub contractor with winkworth, I have been very happy with the managing director to the employees like Swati the maintenance director. The works come with schedules and list which is so easy and efficient to work with. I complete the works , i invoice the payments and payment come straight away. This is why I’m dedicated and focussed with working with winkworth.
