Excellent service. Richard and Kirsty were extremely pro-active and worked hard at moving things forward. Richard sometimes seemed surprised at the speed with which the sale was going but that was because of his efforts.

Worst commercial letting agent ever. Savills did not care about the tenants at all. Maybe it is because I am in the affordable space. They have construction work frequently without noticing us. They play around with air conditioning without telling us either. The lady that is responsible even avoiding us by having receptionist lie for her saying she was on holiday.

GoogleThanks to Savills and Stephanie for their professional service. Before the property was put on the market, we received a detailed market data analysis report. On this basis, Stephanie analyzed the characteristics of buyers based on the situation of our property (we did not obtain the EWS1 form). , giving the most realistic valuation. When the contract was officially signed, the Savills team cooperated tacitly. From signing the contract, arranging photos, informing the layout design and information about the Rightmove website, there was a dedicated email notification, and we responded immediately if we had any questions. During the sales process, Savills salespeople always asked our opinions politely and thoughtfully, actively answered our questions, and respected our ideas without trying to influence our decisions. GoogleWe were looking for something in the narrow street region and we had contacted Antony Cherriman for a viewing . Our first call was very positive and he hit the ground running right from that point. Over the course of next three months Antony helped us in every aspect of our deal. Being a first time buyer I can not recommend him and savills more. Starting with viewing ( I think we had 3 lengthy viewings) then negotiation and recommending good solicitor, he kept us helping without getting tired or a tiny bit annoyed. During the course of the transaction we had more than 50 phone calls and mails exchanges and needless to say his suggestions/recommendations were extremely helpful on every occasion.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI worked mainly with Eric and Stephanie in order to sell my flat. Both of them very professional, helpful and understandable. Selling a flat in Covid times is tricky, so a big thumbs up to them for managing to get it done. An area of improvement would be in terms of customer communications while the flat is on the market. I am sure they were focusing on trying to find a buyer for us, but more regular feedback would have been nice.PositiveProfessionalism
