GoogleHad a great experience working with Jessica while looking to buy a flat in Canary Wharf. There was some miscommunication with the resident about our viewing time but Jessica persisted and made sure we had a chance to see the flat. Our offer was not accepted, but Jessica kept us up to date through the entire process.

The communication with them and thus the seller has been clear and prompt, and they go extra mile to push all parties involved to bring the purchase to finish line. Honestly I think the purchase would fall through if it wasn't for them, for that I am grateful of. I would consider use Knight Frank for my future property needs.

They clearly got the valuation spot on and found us a high quality purchaser immediately from someone already on their books. We then had a long and protracted issue with our forward purchase. GoogleMy only experience of Knight Frank is from receiving unsolicited junk mail. Knight Frank claim they are 'committed to reducing our carbon (greenhouse gas) emissions, helping restore nature, and advocating for climate resilience'. This seems a hollow claim when they send printed card brochures, inside a separate envelope, to people that don't want them. The majority of these brochures will be binned immediately and unfortunately many will likely not be recycled. If Knight Frank truly want to help the planet they should take a good look at how they go about their business and reconsider their junk mail marketing activities.
