Knight Frank are very self-serving and have very poor customer service. Everything they do is in their favour and they take no risk at all. The customer bears all the risk. I am currently under contract but will definitely NOT be renewing.

Mr Alex Whiting was amazing! He was very professional and friendly, making the whole process of buying a property so smooth and stress-free. He always replies to us super quickly, even when he was in holidays.
