GoogleNever again! Arranged a viewing to which i had to reschedule my work place at travel and hour and a half for me to be told it was cancelled without receiving a message informing me about it! Please avoid!
We can’t always enter a flat or house as tenants refuse us entry due to Covid, Something out of our control.

GoogleHorrible. Cut the line on me. Also the Imran guy is so two faced . He was cheeky replying to my friend and I after the tenancy agreement ended. How unprofessional! Just good old regular deposit thieves . Nothing new tbh

Googledo not ever rent any accommodation from this establishment. The owner is a sexist pig who will try and do you for any money possible and his safety standards are terrible. he is argumentative and dam right rude and will harass you all the time. BEWARE (ESPECIALLY WOMEN)

We are human just like you, so I think their must be some sort of disrespect that took place for myself to be a sexist pig. You have used a fake name and account so it's hard to know who this is. GoogleI am not recommending this landlord. I had to fight for my deposit through an agency. He tried several times to kick me out of the property. Imran and his colleagues are rude and unprofessional. Don’t rent a room from this agency!!!
Unfortunately we don’t have a clue who you are. You don’t need to fight for your deposit it should be secured and will be returned back to you in the chosen time frame. GoogleI'd prefer to put 0 starts but it wouldn't let me. I was cancelled on my way to view the property, told i would be contacted and emailed with other listings and recieved nothing. Very unreliable and unprofessional company!

GoogleRented a room from Kenneth lloyds for 3 years. Never had issues. Imran the owner was always helpful and the ball with maintenance queries. Would be happy to deal with them again.

GoogleMy experience is the same - appalling safety standards - am just about to report them to the local council and Gas Safe. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY
It's unfortunate you felt you was left down. Am unaware who you are as the name doesn't come to mind. We do our best to ensure all flats and house that we manage or let out are fully certified before letting.
