GoogleThey are the worst company in London. All the reviews are fake. Do not try to rent from them because their houses are managed by third parties and they never sort the issues.
Hi Lindsey, we understand that JOHNS&CO let this property to you and it is the Landlord who is managing it. We have raised your concerns with them to deal with as a matter of extreme urgency. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced and I do hope the issues are sorted out as quickly as possible for you. I'm afraid we are not instructed on a management basis and therefore are unable to assist any further other than escalating the issue within the organisation which we have done. Once again, I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties at present.
