Our rental has recently moved to the management of J&C with Chay as our point of contact. The change has been drastic, we have so much more communication. If there is an issue, we get a response within the day and it is resolved quickly. Chay has been really helpful and we feel stress-free renting our current home.

Jose Pereira has been a life saver so far. We’ve had many property managers before him who spent months trying to resolve the many issues in the apartment. Jose’s dedication and hard work fixed them in a few weeks. There’s still some lingering issues which Jose is supporting on. He’s very understanding and provides the best support. Would’ve given 5 stars if it were for Jose only, cause he’s been truly amazing - but removing 1 star because of the many horrible and unprofessional property managers we’ve had before him.

I just moved to a new flat in the same building and was a bit nervous about having Johns and Co. as an intermediary as I have had very mixed experiences in the past. However, from day 1, our property manager, Bryony B. has been a super star and been looking after us and trying to make our move as smooth as possible. There have been various items that we have encountered that need support with, and therefore multiple emails, and Bryony has been very professional and quite efficient - something you don’t seem too much these days.

I’ve been hunting for a flat for a long time with some very specific criteria in mind due to family planning etc. Many other agents were just trying to sell me on their current flats without much consideration for my specific needs. Sebastian from Johns & Co has been one of the very few agents in London I’ve met who did not try to opportunistically close me, but who really took the time to understand my needs and who then proactively reached out when a suitable flat landed on the market at my desired budget. Once I’ve made my decision we had to move fast given the end of my current lease, and Leigh from the team immediately jumped in guiding me through the entire process and was super responsive, clarifying any concerns that came up on my end. This was one of the smoothest and most honest interactions I’ve had with a real estate agency in London to date, who seems to genuinely care not just about the landlords they represent but also tenants.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Olivia, my property manager! She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is set up hassle free once I moved. Olivia is incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely cares that everything gets sorted. Johns&Co helped me rent out an apartment in Sep.Their team led by James Udrzal, Lettings Manager, are very professional and knowledgeable. They listened to and understood my concerns, really delivered the best, and managed to locate a suitable tenant fairly quickly. They handled the handover and transition seamlessly. James has been exceptionally hands-on and responsive during the entire process. I am most impressed by his attention to detail. His team members including Victoria and Viki have also been very helpful and assisted me sort out problems along the way. I appreciate all their work and efforts very much indeed.

Jack Brownsmead! Although my experience with Johns&Co has not been the best one; Jack Brownsmead is simply on another level (I swear he should train all his colleagues how to be kind and effective with the clients' enquirements). It is incredible how in less than 2 hours he solved an issue about my deposit that I've been concerned about for 2 months (since I stopped living in one of their properties). His communication and efficiency in giving all the information in such a short amount of time was absolutely fantastic!

During 3 years my wife and I always wanted to live in City Island but with the market in London, we couldn’t make it until Johns &co and specifically Victor made it happen. He really treated us as a priority sending us the options with a lot of time in advance, he always kept us updated with the process and helped us to get an amazing flat in the island that met with all our requirements! Claudiu was the contact in John’s & Co. who was working with my partner and I and from start to finish, from viewing the property, putting in an offer, to signing the final contracts, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Max from St John’s office near Canning Town station is the best estate agent I’ve dealt with. Patient, honest and an all round great guy. Max has been extremely helpful during my property search. I have even spoken about other properties and areas that are not in his patch and he has been super responsive and helpful. If you’re a first time buyer I highly recommend connecting with Max especially if fairly new to the area.
