I have a really disappointing experience working with Ellie Mai and I think she is bringing damage to the reputation of your company because I don't believe this is the level of quality Johns and Co is providingI informed her my decision to end tenancy on Nov 11 saying I’m moving out Dec 15. I was asking for 1) let me know how much is letting fee 2) inform landlord asap 3) start finding new tenant. However after one month I still don’t see any progress. I tried calling, emailing, scheduling meetings. My calls are rejected, my meetings requests are declined and answers to my emails are delayed with no clear answer to my questions When I finally managed to call, I need to read my email to her on the phone because she didn’t care to open them and didn’t even know I emailed Today after finally agreeing on letting fee, she asked me to make payment so can proceed with the contract. I did so. And then I got an email after money is transferred saying hold off, I need landlord approval. informing landlord I’m moving is the very first thing I asked her to do in my email one month ago on Nov 11. Yet it was not done All the time I’m actively trying to find a solution to minimize impact on everyone for this early ending tenancy agreement I can’t do it all by myself. Especially I don’t have any trust in Ellie or your company after this. She is blaming the delay to her manager saying it is because her manager is away so he can't calculate the letting fee.immediately after following her instructions to transfer the money on letting fee I was asked to withdraw that. My money and time is not a game to her.I am hoping at least one should work with respect, diligence and integrity at the very minimum and is willing to take up responsibility. I also found out when she’s rejected my call and ignoring my emails today, she does have time to check and make comments on linkedin. Guess that’s more important than real work

GoogleI have been searching for an apartment to rent in London for 2-3 months and have always faced failure with all other estate companies/agents. Eventually I came across Johs & Co who seemed to offer luxury apartments at very good prices. Since the moment I first talked to them they have been extremely helpful, quick throughout my let agreement process and very trustworthy. Once I moved into the apartment I’m renting currently, all of my expectations were fulfilled and I am very satisfied with the environment I live in. I would recommend Johns & Co for their perfect customer care and would like to specially thank Arnaldo Bolivar from the Canary Wharf office for helping me throughout the whole process of moving in right from the first phone call I made to the company with my inquiry.

I rented a property through Johns & Co. for a year. While the tenancy itself went smoothly, my experience at the end of the tenancy has been disappointing.After moving out in early April, it took a significant amount of time and multiple follow-ups before I received my deposit back. A portion of the deposit was withheld to cover my final bill, with the promise that any remaining balance would be refunded once the bill amount was confirmed. Unfortunately, since April, I have yet to receive the remaining balance despite consistent follow-ups.The person initially handling my case left the company, and it appears my case was overlooked. I have had to repeatedly contact Johns & Co., often explaining my situation from the beginning to different staff members. Despite assurances that I would receive callbacks or updates via email, no one has ever followed through.This lack of communication and resolution is disappointing and unprofessional. While the tenancy itself was positive, the poor handling of post-tenancy matters has left me dissatisfied with the service.
