Spyros is one of the nicest person I have ever met. He is efficient, has a friendly attitude and is willing to help you with anything. I think he is a role model for everyone. My bed has been broken for a long time. The landlord has been unwilling to reply to my messages and let me use the broken mattress and bed for several months. I feel helpless, but with the help of Spyros, everything has been solved in just a week. I feel very happy and relieved to get practical solutions within a week. To be honest, I never had any expectations for British staff, but he surprises me that there is still such excellent staff in uk.

GoogleWith the help from Johns&Co, we have moved into the Sailmakers for a couple of weeks now. It has been a great experience so far and I’d love to give credit to Arnaldo Bolivar from Johns & Co. the big thank goes to Arnaldo as saved me from the hectic hassle when we were searching for homes to move. After looking through so many properties and contacting so many agents (more than 15), combining my renting experiences several years earlier, Arnaldo emerged as the most responsive, most friendly and most professionally diligent agent I have ever felt with. He quickly gave us contact and accurate information on the essential aspects of property renting, booked us in for viewing on the SAME day and also gave us price quotes and detailed information on how we can work around our budget. We felt welcomed and respected. I think Arnaldo went extra miles to do his work and that has provided us with an ultra smooth process of offer-making, contract-drafting, referencing and finalising the deal. He has also managed to check and get feedback on how easy it was for us to move in. We are a corporate landlord who instructed Johns & Co in 2024 to let and manage a London residential property. In November 2025 we were sent updated terms of business for DocuSign. The updated terms materially increased the withdrawal fee from approximately £1,200+VAT to one full year's fees (£2,136), but this change was not flagged or highlighted at the time of signing.
