I have been staying in the property Hamletts manages since I moved to London in 2019 until recently the relocation. I have found Gurpreet to be highly professional from day one. He has always been very helpful and reasonable whenever housemates or myself raise any issues in the house, e.g. cleaners, occasional repairs, etc. and he even helped us negotiate the rent down with the landlord during the pandemic. Hamletts are one of the best Estate Agents that I have ever dealt with. They take care of all the problems of the properties and have helped me with legal advice. Even helped me with obtaining Landlord licences. The property maintenance team has always resolved the tenants complaints without bothering me. I'm a landlord and have been using Hamletts for a number of years now. Since I moved to rent guarantee it's been a dream. I was always stressed before with issues from tenants not getting on, moving out and not telling me or just breaking things as well as the general maintainance like broken handles and curtain poles. Now I don't have to worry about any of that stuff. My contact is Gurpreet and he is very good at getting back to me. I have been happy with the up keep of the property and would highly recommend them. The tenants also seem happy which is always a good thing.

Just finishing a 2 year lease with Hamletts Estates Agents and I am very happy with the time that I have spent there. The team of agents are very kind and approachable, making any enquires or problems I had easy to solve. The standard of the house itself was high and this made it much quicker to settle into the property. One thing I have noted to be particular good was the respond of the maintenance team who were there to help with any problem and at times went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable. I would definetly recommend a friend to rent a property from Hamletts!

I’ve been using Hamletts services for over two years now, I don’t have any negative feedback to say about them. They are very professional and genuinely caring when it comes to taking care of their customers. The flat I’ve been renting from them is exactly as it was expected from a professional firm. The Hamletts team is probably one of the most efficient estate agencies I've ever had to deal with. I've been living at one of their properties for 4 and a half years and I'm moving out just now as I'm moving in with my partner. Whenever we've had a problem at the property they've sent one of their engineers or decorators to sort it out within a day, as an example today we had their engineer Irfan round to fix a gas leak, during the procedure our oven got damaged, an hour later they had a brand new one installed! Now that is efficiency! We've had a very good relationship and we've always tried to make things easier for each other, I definitely recommend them as estate agents. Sofia

Overall very pleased with the service from Hamletts over the 2 years I was a tenant with them. Our main point of contact, Rezwan, was friendly, polite and professional throughout and any maintenance issues were usually dealt with quickly. The emergency service could be improved by not having such a long pre-recorded message at the beginning and we were not called back in the time promised, although when the normal working hours resumed someone was sent round straight away to assess the damage. Luckily our emergency was relatively minor and no lives were at risk; I'm confident that the response would be better if we were in danger or had to evacuate the property. So to conclude, I would go back to Hamletts again should I ever want to move back to East London.
