GoogleHaving dealt predominantly with Rezwan, I have had a pleasant experience with Hamletts. Issues which were urgent were always dealt with and actioned very promptly. I have now come to appreciate them more having moved flats and realised how terrible a lot of other estate agents are! Fees are pretty reasonable too, I would definitely recommend.

GoogleGreat service, Rezwan was awesome 😏 …

GoogleReliable, friendly and efficient letting agent. As a tenant with hamletts for the past two years I was always pleased and surprised by how quick the agents were to fix any faults and help with any maintenance issues. Unlike other agents, I've really felt like the agency fees are worth it for the level of support received. Recommended.

GoogleAn honest service, I first came to Hamletts to help me put my property up for rent. They found me the best deal and I’m always paid on time. Rezwan my agent is easily reachable and he has never let me down over the last 4 years we have been working together. Definitely recommend!

GoogleI rented rooms twice through Gurpreet Singh of Hamletts. He is very professional and deals with things very quickly and efficiently. The rooms are also very good, and the agency responds very quickly over any issues such as maintenance. Very satisfied with the quality of service provided. Thoroughly recommend.PositiveQuality

GoogleI have worked with this company for many years. It has been so hassle free I can't remember exactly how many (7+ years). They are highly professional and scrupulously honest. I could not recommend them more and I look forward to many more successful years in partnership with them. Yve Amor

GoogleProfessional and stress free experience from our time renting with Hamletts. I would say the best agency experience I’ve ever had. They were very communicative and organised if issues with the property occurred and the staff were all very nice to deal with. Would recommend.

GoogleAvoid at all cost!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
We appreciate when our customers take time to review us, but it seems that you may have the wrong company as we don't have any record of you ever being our tenant. Maybe you have us confused with another company? If it was definitely us then we'd love the opportunity to make things right.

GoogleVery bad service. When you need to fix something. No response. Even in one year time. But if they need something then very quick.

GoogleWe own over 200 properties. Given the choice between leaving a property vacant and dealing with hamletts again I will gladly leave the property vacant. Their service is extremely poor in every department.

GoogleDishonest. They allow their employees to illegally park in our parking area and use residential premises for commercial purposes. i wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
