Unfortunately, without the tenant’s agreement, we could not release the £55 at the time you requested it. Regarding management fees, these were invoiced per the terms of your contract. Just to be clear, no agent will release a tenant's deposit to a landlord because, well, it's illegal.We’re not here to tolerate harassment towards our staff or entertain illegal suggestions. That’s why we decided to part ways and terminate our contract with you, to keep our tenants safe from unethical antics. We hope this clears things up. Best of luck managing your property, and here's hoping no more tenants fall victim to your shenanigans, giving the London market a bad name.
