The customer service is great. My agent was Yujin and he was extremely helpful and responsive. He was not only helpful when it came to negotiations, but also when it came to refunding my deposit. Especially in these times where there is a very high demand on properties, Yujin stayed calm and helped everyone. We should motivate such employees to keep it up.

I was renting a 2 bedroom apartment with a friend of mine with the help of agents from Ernest- Brooks. Unfortunately there were some issues from my friend and I's side that, in the end, made us withdraw from renting the apartment despite having already paid the reservation and Agency fees (these were non-refundable as per the contract we had signed). I was overseas at the time and despite that, not only did the Director of Ernest-Brooks, Maciej Rutkowski, personally call me internationally to address all of my concerns in regards to the property, he also liaised with the property owner in an attempt to facilitate a way in which we can get the apartment. Having said that, despite his best efforts we had decided to withdraw our offer. The thing that genuinely impressed me out of this whole process, is that the Director then offered to partially refund some of our deposit just out of pure good will. I am exceedingly grateful for all their time and effort and am honestly impressed. I don't normally review any companies but I felt that this was an exceptional situation and they deserve some recognition for their efforts!!

The whole experience, from start to finish, has been excellent. Ernest-Brooks International proved to be outstanding professionals from the initial viewing, through the whole tenancy The check-in process has been smooth, the inventory swift and professional. Their availability has been constant, their kindness worth mentioning. While their presence has been nonintrusive, they went beyond their duties as an agent, providing us with various advices and support, in a very friendly way. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough. For me they have set a standard of excellence that will be hard, if not impossible, to match.

I first decided to use Ernest Brooks after hearing good reviews about them with New Homes stock also knowing of the international offices they have which seems to be where the market is. I was certainly not disappointed. They were extremely professional with managing the sales of my property, never promised something they could not achieve and constantly kept me up to date with the sale progress. Clear and honest in valuing my property and never promised me something he could not achieve. I know first hand that thats not the case with other agents who just want flats that go on the shelf, they kept me up to date and assured me with progress. Prompt, reliable and honest advise - wish i came to these guys sooner! Would certainly recommend them to anyone.
