They don't check your details before you get the contract when you are paying 100pounds agency fee.The agents don't communicate with each other.Very poor costumer service.

I am sorry that you feel the need to leave us a one star review, but we never have, and never will, accept an offer for a property without a physical viewing having taken place. Unfortunately, in the London property market if you are booking viewings for over a week in advance there is every likelihood that the property will have been secured by someone else following an actual viewing.

I am sorry you have not been satisfied with our service and felt the need to leave a 1 star review. Unfortunately if an apartment has not been cleaned at the end of your tenancy, then what are we to do? Not have it cleaned?
