Dear Raithan As previously advised we hold all emails and correspondence. You vacated a property over 14 months ago and prior to that you were a tenant for over 7 years and you have now left a 1 star review after you failed to respond to our emails of April 2023. You have failed to respond and provide the requested information and I am happy to post the emails on the chain so everybody can see the condition of the property when you vacated and your failure to provide the requested information. you responded some 14 months later and still failed to provide the information, failed to return the keys to the property, failed to confirm the date you vacated. We advised if you were unsure you should seek independent legal advise and we will continue to reserve our rights to recover all monies due from yourself. I quote from your email of 8th April 2023. "I have sent you screenshots of payment and also there are some things that are not adding up" This is your own admission that things are not adding up. we do not have access to your bank and we requested proof of rent payments made. you failed to respond or provide the proof requested. Yet now leave a 1 star review some 15 months later.

I am a tenant from one of the properties that docklands estates manages. I went to them after I had been made redundant from my previous job. I could no longer afford the rent for the property I was living in.One day I walked into docklands estates and explained my situation to them and they were so understanding and helped me find a property that I could afford to live in.I recommend this agent to anyone looking for somewhere to rent.
