Docklands Estates have been so helpful throughout my experience with them. Magnus and his team are really good people whenever I’ve needed anything sorted, everything gets done smoothly and with absolutely no stress at all. I can’t praise them enough; it’s been such a relief dealing with them as a customer. Great service all round!

GoogleI had a really great experience renting through Docklands Estates. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions I had. They offered me a very good deal compared to other agencies I looked at, and everything was handled transparently with no hidden surprises. Moving in was straightforward, and any small issues were dealt with quickly. GoogleI had a really bad experience with Dockland Real Estate and honestly wouldn’t recommend them. When I moved out of my room, they tried to unfairly deduct money from my deposit. One of the main issues was council tax, there were two of us living in the property on separate contracts, and even the council confirmed we shouldn’t be individually charged in that setup. Despite this, the agency still tried to take it from my deposit. They also attempted to charge a cleaning fee even though I left the place clean. When I asked for proof or a receipt, they couldn’t provide anything. I ended up taking the case to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which took a few months, but in the end I got all of my money back. That says a lot. What made things worse is that afterwards, when I needed a reference for a new place, they either refused to provide one or gave a negative impression, which affected me when trying to rent again. Overall, I found them very unfair and unprofessional. Just be careful if you’re considering renting through them make sure everything is documented and don’t hesitate to challenge anything that doesn’t feel right.
Dear Eser Thank you for your review the contents of which are noted. you may recall or you may have forgotten you moved into a new place with your flat mate and this was a private rental. I understand there was a police presence at the new property and then you requested a reference which we could not provide as we were not your latest landlord. The license agreement clearly advised you were liable for council tax and you failed to provide any documentation from LBTH. I have all the emails which I can happily post on here for all to see including the checkout report. I also note that you vacated over 2 years ago and find it strange you now decide to write a negative review. We could not give a landlords reference as we were not the up to date landlord. Its a shame you decide to post the review but I think an impartial view can be taken by all reading our response. We encourage any party to challenge or raise any queries which we are happy to address.

GoogleConsidering how hard it is to find good houses and agents in London, docklands estates was superb. Magnus was not only really professional but also helpful, and reliable. We moved within 2 days of finding the house. Calls were answered almost instantly. Everything was well kept and in order and as advertised. I’m happy to answer in person incase someone wants to connect but I would give full marks in general.

The customer service is abysmal, filled with lies and deceit. They have failed to return my deposit despite numerous promises. Stay away to protect your hard-earned money. Dear Sabrina As advised we hold all emails on file and are happy to enclose the email chain on here so all parties can see you failed to respond to numerous emails and decided to call some 14 months after the event. Your deposit was registered in line with the TDS and despite countless emails and requests you failed to respond and decided to call some 15 months after the event. Happy to enclose the email chain for all parties to see. We have the email chain clearly showing the countless requests made and your failure to respond and your own admission "Some things are not adding up" The landlord requested proof from yourself and you failed to respond or provide the proof. you may want to refer to the email of 2019 as well where you left owing approximately £880

Google"Docklands is the best" ..our family had been recently to UK struggled a lot to get place to move in. Touched almost every agency in Essex but Docklands is the only one stood up for us. They are very accurate , kind and professional. I could recommend this and no doubt gonna work with them in future as well

GoogleI have dealt with most agents in and around the Docklands area. Customer service is 2nd to none. During Covid 19 they have kept me updated and advised and worked with tenants and I could not ask anymore of them. 5 Star will take some beating
