The staff at Docklands estates are amazing, they go above and beyond in their duties. We have rented our property from them for over five yrs now and couldn't be happier with their service. GoogleA very knowledgeable professional team. These guys are the masters of their trade. They have sound knowledge of the local area and will go out their way to support with finding the right accommodation for you. We where even taken on a tour of the area in order to get our bearings. Once in the property the support continues. Our boiler broke down the second night in our new home and within an hour of reporting they had an engine out to us. They even came with electric heaters incase we where cold whilst awaiting the repair. Can not recommend Docklands estates enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe absolute worst letting agents I have ever dealt with and I've rented in London for 10 years. Regularly ignoring phone calls and emails, doing straight up illegal things like sending contractors over with no notice, losing the keys to the property then finding them again when it suits them. Zero service or competency with managing properties. The worst thing though is just the distinct impression that they don't care. Other estate agents at least gave the impression they cared about sorting out problems with the property, replying to an email every now and then, calling back to update after a phone call but not with Docklands. Want an update on the bath that broke because it wasn't installed correctly? You'll be spending most of your day trying to get an answer, ring 6 times to be told they'll ring you back and guess what, they won't. We came to the conclusion in our house that the only way to get any problems sorted was to annoy them so much with phone calls and emails that it would be less effort to just get the problem sorted, a full time job in and of itself. Thanks Docklands for lowering the bar yet again on an already abysmal industry!
Hi Joe, Thank you for your review. Thankfully, the public will be able to make an informed choice as to whether to take your review into consideration but our previous reviews speak for themselves. It is somewhat surprising to now learn of all your so called telephone calls and email correspondence which apparently we ignored. Please note we have a log of all calls and complaints and there is no record of any complaint being submitted by you during your 2 year tenancy period. Furthermore, you refer to contractors attending without notice but also refer to not getting any problems sorted, this appears to be somewhat of a contradiction. As you are aware, there was an ongoing dispute between you and the Landlord in relation to the deposit and the damage/breach of contract, which is why we suggested using the independent TDS dispute service. I strongly suspect the dispute is the reasoning behind your review, as no complaints were raised during your 2 year tenancy period. It has now come to the Landlord's attention that you have also registered 2 separate Companies at the address without any consent. Kind regards Alex Robertson

Outstanding service and amazing experience! I have rented my room in Wapping with Dockland estates for over a year and they have been the most helpful since the beginning, with both moving in and moving out!any issues with the flat they were ready to intervene and action immediately and always have been very responsive via email and phone!would absolutely recommend renting with them in the future !!!
