We dealt with Zen from the Battersea…

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. This is a personal review on behalf of Dexter’s Wapping, Jami & Jason. Successfully completed a purchase with Dexter’s Wapping recently. Had some Mortage issue initially but Dexter’s put me through to a recommended mortgage broker whom had a mortgage offer on the table for me within 2 weeks. As you can imagine buying a property can be extremely stressful experience, having said that Jami & Jason worked exceptionally hard to make this experience as less stressful as possible for me. I would highly recommend Dexter’s for any property related matters, negotiations was professional, I was kept informed at all times and a very quick turnaround.

I have to give William Gladstone-New at Dexters in Wapping a lot of credit on managing the recent sale of my flat. It's a difficult market to begin with yet he managed to get a large number of viewings that eventually resulted in an offer - when I say eventually, it only took a couple of months, which in this climate I thought was impressive. The buyer and I had some non standard negotiations to overcome and William was fantastic at managing my best interests and securing the sale and a completion date that was agreeable to me. I would absolutely recommend William and Dexters if you are looking to sell -- he was professional throughout the entire process. Thank you!

After having our flat on the Market for nearly 2 years with very little viewings, we switched to Dexter’s due to a recommendation. Jason, Hollie and Will were excellent to deal with and they had viewings booked up pretty much non stop. It only took a week or 2 for our first offer and finally agreed on a sale with our third offer not long after. They’ve also been excellent with the after care and following things up whilst it was all in the hands of the solicitors, which was really helpful as we don’t live in the country. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
