Totally impressed with the recent sale of my property through Dexters in Wapping! From the very outset when I was introduced to the Director Jason Taylor, who was quick to attend my property, give me a market valuation, explain the sales process and what service to expect from Dexters should I choose them as my sales agents. There was no hard sale, but instead a dialog to ask questions and raise any concerns I had, which were quickly eased. Once I had agreed to sell my property with Dexters, Jason put me in contact with my Senior Sales Consultant Hollie Pittey, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication and viewings were quickly managed by Hollie, with constant updates and feedback from potential buyers. Once I had received and negotiated a sale price for my property. Both Hollie and Jason kept in direct contact with both me and my solicitor throughout. Selling a property during the COVID-19 pandemic I thought wouldn’t be an easy process, but Dexters made it quick and straightforward. I would recommend Dexters in Wapping without hesitation. I had the pleasure of doing business with Dexters Wapping after failing to sell my parent's property through another agent. If you are planning on buying or selling in the area, I cannot recommend Dexters enough... Every step of the way they have been professional, responsive and understood our individual needs. Our sale took over a year, no fault of Dexters, we had the pandemic and lockdown to deal with but also solicitors that were struggling with work from home challenges to mention. Big shout out to Jason, who provided excellent customer service and care, William for being understanding of our needs and pushing the sense of urgency and also Holly, who often was a point of contact and always made each call a positive happy encounter. A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.
