We were very happy with the service from Sebastian and Amy for the rental of our Barnes house. We discussed the marketing, timing and price with Amy for the few months running up to the rental and this proved to be spot on. We had 3 viewings prior to our house being launched on the website, and received offers from 2 of these, higher than the guide price. Sebastian provided excellent support throughout the process, guiding us and the new tenants on what was required at each stage. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

If you are renting a flat then I can truly recommend the Battersea Park branch of Chestertons . I've been renting through them now for over ten years and I've hardly had a day when my property has been empty. Their ability to find new tenants, fix whatever needs fixing and manage every detail of the changeover of tenants is truly amazing. They have an excellent team in Camillo Degregorio, Charlie Carter & Andrew Ogley who keep you posted with developments and more importantly just get the job done. You may think this review is a little over the top but I can promise you is no exaggeration.

GoogleWorst agency to deal with! They are completely unprofessional!!! They try to be nice before you sign the contract and afterwards they never get anything fixed and never call you back. I have been in the apartment for more than 2 months now and still they haven't fixed the issues I reported in the first week of moving in. I would really advice you don't rent with them!
