GoogleMy experience with this agency is beyond disappointment. The worse agency I've seen and the most unprofessional and rude. We provided all our details 2 days after the viewing and just 5 days before moving in they informed us that the landlord has rejected the offer. A MONTH without any sort of communication. They make our moving so hard and they refunded us but no help or soever. Trust me, for your own good. DO NOT TRUST AGENT GRACE.
