Extremely unprofessional. My landlord uses this company to manage his property, however the property manager assigned to the property does not answer emails. 6 months later, still no answer despite several follow-ups. Do not rent/buy from this company.

In a difficult market they sold my property within three months. They were fast, efficient and thorough displaying positivity throughout. GoogleDidn’t have the best experience with Chestertons to be honest. References for the apartment secured by a holding deposit has been provided on last minute but still within the required via email time frame. The agent has rushed to email me that the holding deposit will be taken by the company for the ‘lost time’? That’s unfair practise, I will be taking Chestertons into small claims court to get my holding deposit back.
