Avoid at all costs. It’s the second time we are renting with them and the service provided is appalling, regardless of who you are liaising with: a single contract had to be sent over by them 5x in a period of a month as they could not get it right, we had no updates until practically the day we moved, issues were not dealt with as expected, set of keys were missing, no proper cleaning was arranged, previous tenants’ goods were kept at the flat for nearly 2 months, repairs took ages to be fixed, etc. they have absolutely no respect for their customers.
