GoogleJust found out that they seem to try a scam when you move out. You pay for their partner cleaners, even then when you move out they try to ding you with fees with cleaning. Has happened to at least 3 in my friend group and we all realised we all were with Chestertons. You’ve been warned.

GoogleEmbarked on a purchased with Chesterton's. The list of errors is sizeable, ultimately ending with a none purchase. If the agent had been truthful from the start it would have saved our time and money.

GoogleIt is now a long haul Chestertons manages my properties in Greenwich and Canary Wharf in a very professional way. Letting and management teams are very responsive to any issue of any kind what is much appreciated when living overseas. Chestertons is always dealing to satisfy as well the landlord as the tenant. One of my first contact at Chestertons was Ryan Riggs who is still my previlaged reliable interlocutor.

Awful company - took my deposit to reserve a flat and wouldn’t return it. Don’t trust them at all. In the process of claiming through courts.

GoogleI’d rate this higher if I could!!! A massive thank you to Chestertons but especially the amazing Shih-Yu who’s been nothing short of brilliant! I’m a first time buyer and relatively young to be buying due to losing my dad, and I was absolutely dreading the process but Shih-Yu made it so smooth and treated me with the utmost respect and dignity in the whole process. I will be coming back to this office if/ when I need property help in the future !! Thank you thank you !

GoogleHello, posting this review so that people are aware about the how bad this particular letting agency is. We rented a 1 bed flat in South Quay with this agency in May 2021. They are highly unprofessional and pay no attention to to the concerns and complaints of the tenants. In one instance they told that they work for landlord and can't do anything about our complaint. Just to give you a glimpse of how inconsiderate and pathetic this agency is, When we moved in the flat, it wasn't cleaned professionally and many items which were to be discarded or repaired wasn't done. When we raised it, no one paid attention and we had to follow up for good next 2 months for any action and even after that issue wasn't resolved till the end of tenancy. We replaced may bulbs, fixtures at our own cost though they weren't working when we moved. In August we went for the vacation and bathroom door stopped working properly and wasn't getting closed. Imagine we can't close the door of the bathroom!!! We raised the complaint and after several follow-ups door wasn't repaired till the end of tenancy and to add to the woes it was added to our deposit charges. It was than they said they can't do anything and they work on behalf of landlord. To be honest, avoid this agency at any cost as there will be ZERO support and our stay was ruined because of them.
