GoogleMel from the Chesterton Canary Wharf branch is extremely helpful during our renting process. She managed to take us for a viewing on very short notice and worked very late at night to help us get the offer through. She is also very responsive when we encounter issues during our move-in. I personally would recommend Mel to anyone interested in renting a property near Canary Wharf area.

I use Chestertons for property management, but their maintenance costs are making me reconsider. They rely on contractors with highly inflated rates, recently pricing a basic, one-day decorating job at over £1,200.

GoogleI've worked with Ryan Briggs for a number of years to secure tenants and manage all aspects of my property in Pan Peninsula, especially as we were abroad for quite some time. Ryan has always been very helpful, prompt, efficient and resourceful in ensuring that my property was never left vacant or discarded, particularly while other properties were attended to. This gave me both peace of mind but also allowed me to successfully let out the property throughout the periods I needed. I would recommend both him and Chestertons.

GoogleMy first time renting a property and it was a smooth process all thanks to Martin Boylan at Chestertons Canary Wharf. Martin acted upon my interest in a property with efficiency, he provided me with quick responses to my queries and as it was my first time renting, I had a lot of questions. Within 3 days of viewing the property, my references and checks was accepted and I was able to move into my first home on the 4th day. Amazing customer service!

GoogleMy flatmates and I have had a terrible time with other estate agents with prospectives dropping at the last minute. Then we had Chloe De’Ath and she was incredible! We found a house made an offer and had it accepted all within a few hours - Chloe was there 24/7 to answer all of my annoying anxious questions and she made sure to explain every little detail in black and white for us. The online referencing portal was incredibly easy to use and chestertons have been incredibly fast and reliable in the process making sure everything is perfectly ready for move in - if you find yourself dealing with Chloe just know you’re in good hands :)

They seemed keen and helpful when they wanted to win the letting from my existing agent. But in retrospect if was just being pushy. When the letting was near completion with the other agent they got an offer and piled a lot of pressure on me to accept their one - multiple calls and emails etc. from different agents on their team. Big let down once I made clear I was sticking to the offer I had already accepted - they refused to return the keys that they could not wait to collect a couple of weeks earlier. The said I could collect them but as I don't even live in the same city and was happy to have them posted this seemed a bit of a turnaround. A shoddy little piece of poor customer service that leaves a bad taste.

I urgently needed to travel for medical treatment and looked at Airbnb options but got in touch with several agencies, including Chesterton. I wasn’t keen on Airbnb as over the last 3 years, you get unexpected cancellations.Juliette understood my requirements quickly and shared specific options unlikely many agents who sent across random properties. We settled on the one that would work for me for 3 months and despite some administrative challenges, Juliette helped get everything done in a few days so I would have a place to stay immediately when in london and commencing my treatment at peace. She also met me on Sunday afternoon to handover the keys and couldn’t be happier with the place.
