GoogleChestertons made my whole house-search and paperwork process so much easier. I had to move within one week, and from start to finish Martin supported me so well. It was my first time moving to another city on my own, and I had no idea how the process worked. I probably messaged Martin all day long, even outside working hours when I was stressed 😂 He was always friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped reduce my stress during the process. Of course, I also have to mention the back-office staff, Annabelle and Mollie. What an amazing team! Thank you for the help! They were all like heroes and made sure everything went smoothly. I can confidently say I chose the right company for this experience!

I recently switched to Chestertons, and I am quite impressed with how the team worked from the very beginning of setting up the tenancy until the tenants settled in. I want to thank Olivia and Mollie, who have both been very patient, guiding me all the way. The response I received to my queries was prompt and clear, which saved me a lot of time. I called to query about letting my property out in Blackheath the agent called me and advised they had a viewing the next day, Bobby later returned and we discussed the tenant was looking for a fully furnished property, they arranged all furniture/ delivery/ cleaning for a very reasonable price and the property was let within a week for 3 years- the rates were also very good, Bobby was very knowledgeable

I can't praise enough the Chestertons Sales team in Kew. Not only was everybody I dealt with very friendly and professional. I was impressed by how quickly suitable potential buyers were identified. Viewings were accommodated with sufficient notice, client feedback was promptly given and excellent guidance was provided during the conveyancing stages. Worst communication from the property management team.I requested a call back from the agency several times due to my property manager, Shakil, was unavailable, however, he never called back or emailed back. I have to call them day after day to solve the property issues. It's been two months, and my request has never been satisfied. Their manager is busier than the prime minister, so just avoid this agency, don't bother them.

More importantly, Betsy was our go-to person for all matter, as she guided us through the whole process, including advising on the highest feasible price, explaining contract and nuances, and coordinating with other Chestertons team members before and after the deal closing.

From our initial dealings with Warren and subsequently Rhiannon, they have been nothing short of excellent in helping us sell our flat in Canary Wharf. They are friendly, professional, always responsive and always available to help. Hard to find like minded people that get things sorted, but they certainly delivered. Chestertons is very hands on about finding you your home. From the moment I sent my initial inquiry, they were very adamant about getting me a place to live. Once I found my flat, Madie was on the phone with me constantly ensuring I had a quick turn around. Within less than a week my from finding the flat, I was moving in. Wish I would have found Chestertons sooner.
