Niema Latif is my letting agent. I hadn't heard if my lease was being renewed as I wished. This morning I phoned her up and expressed my concern to her.She undertook to contact the landlord to ask him what his wishes were, and immediately got back to me with his proposal for a further one year lease.I gladly accepted and look forward to another happy year in my flat.

Top-class service! We'd been going through the stress of looking for a flat for a while until we came across Chestertons. They helped us secure the perfect flat in the space of a day. Our agent Olivia was lovely and attentive. She was there to answer all of our questions (of which we had many as first-time renters) and supported us every step of the way. I can highly recommend Chestertons! I have worked with a few letting agencies but this experience really stood out. My agent, Jasmine Birungi went out of her way to answer all of my questions promptly, and supported me throughout the process with a smile. Chestertons operates a portal to upload and store documents, see where you are & what tasks you have, which makes it seamless. The move-in went similarly well, with ample communication on availabilities and all.

GoogleI was contacted by Abigail Gould while I was looking for properties to rent, Abigail is a very professional lady who is kind and passionate of her work. She had been patiently showing me many different options and gave her 100% to help us out. We found a very nice apartment, but due to personal circumstances we had to retract our offer in the end. I felt really bad telling Abigail, but she took it very well and was continuing helping us into find our home. I would really like to let more people know what an amazing estate agent she is! As a (distant) landlord, I was left in an unacceptable situation before and over the Christmas and New Year period. I had requested an on-site meeting for a specific date in the second week of the new year but nothing was organised and communication dried-up. Ann Dickson, who does not include my property in her own portfolio, responded to my early new year appeal for help from Property Management and did a marvellous job of recovering the situation. She liaised with a (reluctant) contractor, our tenants and myself to organise a much-needed and valuable meeting on site that had looked a forlorn hope before Ann stepped-in. I am very grateful and wanted to publicly recognise Ann's efforts. She is a credit to her employer. Thank you, Ann.
