I worked with Nishaad at the Pimlico office finding an apartment and it was a great experience. He was always three steps ahead and communicated with multiple parties to get the answers before I even had to raise the questions. He has always been prompt about my requests big or small, let alone I signed my apartment over Christmas and New Years. I found myself never have to bring up the same concerns twice since they are either resolved quickly or he was actively working on them / remembered them. I'd highly recommend.

GoogleI am certain my purchase was in record time in UK, in just under 5 weeks from start to handover. Andreas Papazacharia is always straight to the point, no fuss and always did what he said, exactly what it says on the tin! GoogleI recently had a dreadful experience with Chesterton's Canary Wharf branch while renting a property. Chloe was the agent assisting me, with Maria as her direct manager. The primary issues stemmed from poor communication throughout the process. Despite numerous attempts to contact the agent and their team, communication remained abysmal. I received the contract just a week before the move-in date, only after leaving countless messages asking for updates, which caused significant stress. The night before my move, after yet another series of messages, I was eventually informed that there was an issue, and I couldn't get the keys as scheduled. Interacting with Maria, the manager, left me feeling that the team’s culture is to ignore clients, which is unacceptable. On moving day, I was asked to email my acceptance of the property’s condition so they could allow me to move in a flat that was supposed to be empty by then. Due to the presence of the previous tenant, I was significantly overcharged by the moving company, which was charging by the hour. Chloe promised compensation for these delays and related costs upon receipt submission, but both the agent and manager have since ignored my follow-ups. Another awful experience during the process was on move-in day, when we faced a bizarre situation where the previous tenant’s cat was allegedly in the flat. Despite clear signs, the previous tenant stating it, a neighbor taking a video clearly hearing the cat inside the flat, and myself also stating that I could hear the cat inside the flat, and informing Maria that my partner has a phobia of cats, Maria insisted we can move in, claiming there was no cat because a plumber had been there and they couldn't find it. The cat was found in the flat the next day! This experience showcased shocking incompetence and a lack of consideration for clients' well-being. Better decision-making could have significantly mitigated these issues. I have previously dealt with another Chesterton branch and did not encounter such problems, indicating that this poor service may be specific to the Canary Wharf branch.

Easily the best service I have received from an estate agent company. I was promptly contacted by associate Stav Nicola after expressing interest in renting the property to arrange a viewing. After confirming my interest in renting, Stav made the process of securing the property seamless and responded to all of my queries incredibly quickly, kindly and patiently helping me through each stage of the referencing process, ensuring I understood the information required on the Chestertons Portal, and promptly confirming payments made. The property inventory upon moving in was incredibly thorough, with clear signs left across the flat to, for example, highlight the functions of all switches, and a binder including instructions for all appliances being left out for me. I was also very grateful for the Chesterton’s care package left out for me upon moving in. All in all a seamless process, with incredibly kind service from associate Stav Nicola. Thank you!

We happened to be looking in one of the most chaotic and competitive environments for renting a flat since coming out of lockdown. We were constantly emailing and calling over 20 different agencies to try to get viewings for flats, and not hearing back from anyone or not able to schedule any viewings. The moment we saw a flat listed with Chestertons we gave their office a call and was able to speak to Aaron, who was both friendly and professional. While the flat we were interested in had already been rented, two months in advance, he immediately asked us what our parameters were and sent me an email seconds later with three or four options for available flats. I was scheduled to view another flat with another agent an hour later, and I quickly asked if Aaron could show me one of the flats he suggested after that other showing. He was not only able to arrange a viewing with one hour notice after meeting me but also made it work for my schedule and we were the first ones to see the flat, even before it went on the market. That flat ended up being the one we are living in and we couldn’t be happier! Throughout the process Aaron was so responsive and helpful, going out of his way to make sure that we were clear on the process and answering all of our questions immediately. Aaron was a joy to work with and made a process that can sometimes be unpleasant and daunting, very accessible and enjoyable. He is clearly dedicated to helping people find their new home and brings a level of enthusiasm, passion, and humanity to an industry that can feel very transactional or clinical. You’d be lucky to have Aaron as you’re letting agent and we will be recommending him and his colleagues at Chestertons to all of our friends!
